	PT Tenosynovitis 1: This is a short axis view of this posterior tibial tendon at the symptomatic area. The tendon appears to be uniform in architecture. However there is an isolated tenosynovitis, which is evidenced by the deeply dark hypoechoic area adjacent to the tendon.
